| During 2010 the board of directors took a vote of the members of the community to consider amending the CC&Rs to allow parking of RVs in rear yards. The vote required approval from 2/3 of all members allowed to vote. The vote fell considerably short of the number required to change the CC&Rs. Parking of RVs in Cortina is NOT allowed. |
