Painting Your House?

There are some things you need to know…

1. Only approved color schemes may be used in Cortina
2. Painting requires approval from the Architectural Design Review Committee.
3. Select your paint scheme from those below.
4. You may choose from any scheme regardless of your model or elevation, but you must use the colors of the scheme. Mixing and matching will not be approved.
5. Submit the complated “Change Request form” to the management company. (Cortina-ARC-Submittal-Form)
