Pool Reactivation Fee
The pool is a great community amenity for homeowners. Each homeowner in good standing has access to use the community pool. The key fob is assigned to you, do not share it. Key fobs may be deactivated for late or non-payment of assessments, whether the key fob has been picked up from the management company or not. In order for a key fob to be reactivated, a reactivation fee of $25 must be received by the Association and the account must be brought to a $0 balance.
Pool Key Replacement Fee
Please note that the pool key fobs are not waterproof. A replacement for a damaged pool key is $25 charged to the homeowner.
