Payments
The association provides two easy methods for relieving yourself of the memory of paying your HOA fees. Cortina HOA can accept payments using an automatic payment method or online via standard credit card transactions. Information for both is provided here.
Regular Mail
You can still pay your fees/assessments via regular mail. The mailing address to send payments along with your payment coupon is:

Auto Pay Option
You can set up your assessments to be automatically paid from your bank. Please see the Auto Pay Authorization form to apply for this feature.
Pay Online with Credit Card
The Cortina HOA has the ability to pay your quarterly assessments or any HOA fees with your credit card through PayPal. If you would like to pay your assessment and/or any additional fees, please use the options below.
Simply select the payment you would like to make. You can select multiple payments to achieve your total. For example, if all you owe is the quarterly assessment, click on “Add to Cart”. If you owe $175, you could select three $50.00 payments and one $25.00. Be sure to include your lot number in the comments of the PayPal payment.
